Daily content creation dies by week three. Batching survives because it removes the daily decision, not just the daily work.
The structure
One day, four phases, one month of content:
- Morning (2h) — topics. Pull from your keyword backlog and community mining. Pick 4–8. Write one-sentence promises for each.
- Midday (3h) — AI-assisted first drafts. One LLM session per piece with your voice notes and outline pasted in. Never publish raw output — edit for claims, examples, and voice.
- Afternoon (2h) — human pass. Edit all drafts in one sitting; consistency comes free when you edit back-to-back.
- End of day (1h) — schedule. Load everything into your publishing tool with dates. Done for the month.
The checklist that runs itself
Every piece gets: target keyword in title + first paragraph, internal link to one related piece and one product page, meta description, and a featured image. Same order every time — it becomes mechanical.
Why it compounds
A month of scheduled content frees 20+ hours for the work that actually grows the business: product creation and distribution. The One-Person Tech Stack Blueprint includes the exact checklist as a template.
